About

The Sacred Heart Old Collegians Association (SHOC’s) is an incorporated organisation representing the former students of Sacred Heart College and has been in existence since 1907.  The Association comprises over 14,500 Members.

SHOC’s is run by a committee of dedicated volunteers who give up their time to create opportunities for old scholars to keep in touch with each other.

SHOCs also provides support to related sporting groups.  Currently SHOCs run a football, netball, soccer (both male and female) and a cricket club.  There are also a group of old boys who play tennis every Saturday during summer (some of whom are in their 90’s).

The Old Collegians Association also offer a bursary to two year 11 students every year.  This has been in existence since 1995.  The student receives a deduction from their fees, together with $500 to spend as they choose.  The bursary is funded by the Life Memberships of the Old Collegians Association.

The Association produces a magazine twice yearly the “Blue and Blue” which incorporates news of old scholars, together with Foundation and school news.
